A lifelong passion for the water
Captain Kurzawa has had a passion for the water his entire life—whether it’s ponds, lakes, swamps, creeks, rivers, or the open ocean. Growing up, he was always drawn to the water, and by the age of one, his Papa had already introduced him to fishing on their family lake.
From humble beginnings to ocean adventures
His love for fishing expanded even further during summers spent at his grandparents’ vacation home in Myrtle Beach. North Carolina. It was there that he discovered the excitement of pier and ocean fishing—and a whole new style of fishing began.
Fishing is a way of life
As he grew older, that passion only deepened. It eventually led him to the coast of Eastern North Carolina, where he has been fishing nonstop ever since. For Captain Kurzawa, fishing isn’t just a hobby—it’s a way of life. His heart and soul belongs outdoors, with a rod in hand and the water all around him.
